culture and the interaction between the two: <strong>unique flora and fauna (particularly birds)<\/strong>; <strong>unique geological heritage<\/strong>; <strong>clear night skies<\/strong>; <strong>environmental sustainability<\/strong>, <strong>traditions and cuisine<\/strong>.<\/p><p>No destinations better embody the essence of the province of C\u00e1ceres in its commitment to sustainable, respectful and responsible tourism than these three UNESCO sites:<strong> The Villuercas Ibores Jara Global Geopark, the Monfrag\u00fce Biosphere Reserve and the Tajo-Tejo Internacional Transboundary Biosphere Reserve.<\/strong><\/p><p>It is a question of<strong> areas that are not overrun by tourists, very authentic and well-preserved<\/strong>, well-preserved and charming, situated
