acceder a un mundo diferente y m\u00e1gico oculto bajo tierra que te deja sin respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Est\u00e1 declarada monumento natural<\/strong> por su rareza y belleza, con sus<strong> innumerables variedades de espeleotemas como estalactitas, coladas, flores exc\u00e9ntricas, moon-milk<\/strong>&#8230; Pero es un ambiente de extrema fragilidad, por lo que <strong>sus visitas est\u00e1n muy limitadas en tiempo y n\u00famero de personas<\/strong>, as\u00ed es que tienes que inscribirte en una lista solicit\u00e1ndolas y esperar.<\/p><p>En cualquier caso, merece la pena intentarlo, aunque hay que decir que no es para todo el mundo, no al menos si te incomodan los espacios cerrados y oscuros.<\/p><p>Como alternativa, la mejor opci\u00f3n es visitar su <a href=\"https:\/\/grandtourprovinciacaceres.com\/en\/what-to-do\/thematic\/geotourism\/cueva-de-castanar-de-ibor\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>centro de interpretaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, que dispone de reproducciones de los espeleotemas m\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticos, <strong>una magn\u00edfica visita virtual a la cueva mediante una proyecci\u00f3n 3D y paneles de interpretaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de todos los elementos geol\u00f3gicos de la cueva y de su entorno. No es como bajar, pero se parece
