The Monfragüe Biosphere Reserve has a mountain bike centre with almost 300 kilometres of signposted route, spread across eight routes colour-coded in green, blue, red and black according to their difficulty, so that whether you’re a beginner or already an experienced mountain bike enthusiast, you can find the perfect route for you.

The routes take in the main attractions of the national park and the biosphere reserve, from the spectacular the pastures of Arrocampo or Serrejón up to the viewpoints some of the most iconic ones, such as the Tajadilla and the Portilla del Tiétar or the intricate ones the Canaleja and Castañales gorges. The most dynamic way to explore the whole of Monfragüe and enjoy cycling.
