These Monumental granite sculptures depict robust pigs, bulls and wild boars, all carved from the stone more than two thousand years ago by the Vetones, the pro-Celtic people who inhabited these lands before the arrival of the Romans.

In Villar del Pedroso, you can take a photo of the famous Toro Mocho and, just a few kilometres away, the unique Valdelacasa de Tajo with its mysterious ritual cups carved directly into its back.
