What you might not know is that there are sixteen pilgrimage routes who make their way, from various parts of Spain, to this delightful, secluded spot.

We find it very hard to believe that none of them would suit you, because there are some that are very long, such as the Camino Real, which comes from none other than Madrid, and shorter ones, such as the Camino de los Jerónimos, which comes from the village of Cuacos de Yuste (La Vera), crossing the Villuerquín mountains.

As a pilgrimage, they’re all the same; how many days you want to walk is entirely up to you.
